Question about glans, erection quality and dorsal vein.

I had erectile dysfunction three times with hustlers, and those were my only sexual experiments. I went to many doctor and had many examinations including penile Doppler. They said no problem and it is only psychological. But ı don’t get morning wood even when I have to pee much. And get rarely hard with porn without hand stimulation. I have %100 rock hard erection in bathroom with a lot of lubricant. It is great with lubricant. But takes 1.5-2 minutes to get rock hard.
I revealed something yesterday. I usually think my glans is a little small when compare with mid shaft.No too different from mid shaft but a little smaller. When I kegel with fully erected penis, glans get bigger distinctly. It stays big as long as PC muscle is tightened but when I stop tightening PC muscle it gets back to smaller.I have a big dorsal vein and wanted to check if my dorsal vein is problematic or not as a friend’s advice. I tightened PC muscle, made glans bigger and pushed my thumb on dorsal vein, then stopped tightening PC muscle but the glans was still big because of the thumb. When I took my thumb away from the vein glans got back to smaller. Meanwhile erection hardness is not effected from these process and stays hard.
Is it normal? Is everybody the same about kegel and glans and when you stop kegel does it get back?
Is dorsal vein related to corpus cavernosum or only related to glans?
