Question about vacuum extenders and penis hole

Hi, thundersplace family. I am a beginner and need your help. Please don’t mind my bad English. I appreciate all the content and people on the website!

It is very similar to a penimaster. Com product. I used it only for 2 hours, and have a little bit of a problem.

After using it, instead of being closed, my penis hole(where piss comes out) is more open. It looks like lips formed around the hole and it got bigger. I think the vacuum’s pump/pull is making this happen and I’m not sure how to get out of this problem. I just used the product for 2 hours for 2 days, and this happened on both days. I feel very light pain sometimes on my penis hole.

- How can I achieve a hold of the penis without vacuuming out the penis hole?

- Does the ball that holds the penis supposed to be filled completely with the penis head? Or the penis head should just be in its normal size when inside the ball? I couldn’t get the vacuum to hold without pumping the penis into the ball. And this pump made my penis hole swell. I need to vacuum the penis inside the ball very well to get a nice hold.

I have not used a vac extender so I cannot offer first hand experience. My sense of your problem is that your urethra meatus (penis hole, typically just called urethra) is expanding into the cap because you are using too much vacuum. Or your glans needs to be conditioned for the vacuum level you are using. I would suggest trying less vacuum and if this does not work, try less time per session. Let your penis rest for several minutes and massage the glans and urethra between sessions.

Thanks a lot for your answer. Less vacuum doesnt hold the penis well. I cannot get a good grip with less vacuum. My urethra has been aching for 2 days now, only because of 2 hours of wearing the device. I don’t think less time will fix the issue. I think I need to somehow use the vacuum without expanding the urethra. Maybe I can cover it with a tape?

Take a week or so off until the pain and swelling are gone, then retry with less time and or vac and see how it goes.

I will admit up front, I am not a big fan of the unit you got but I know others are… so ignoring that item… let’s answer a couple of your questions.

First you need to get this so it will work for you and be comfortable so you can get some hours in.

#1 you need to get a glans cap. I highly recommend the original blue SiliCap. Best cap I have ever used.
They have a newer version of the SiliCap, It is good but the original is better.

#2 replace the sleeves with the blue silicone sleeve from LG Hanger. This sleeve will handle every way you decide to use your vac cap without tearing and keeping the seal tight.

I know that some will use tape on the glans but the SiliCap works better and takes a lot less time and hassle.

Thanks a lot for your answer man. It makes a lot of sense to use a glans cap to avoid glans expanding and urethra expanding. I want to ask you a few more questions if you don’t mind.

1) Is there any chance you could provide a link to the products you mentioned? I could not find them online.

2) So when I use the glans cap, the glans is not supposed to be expanded into the vacuum chamber right? The whole purpose of it is to keep it from expanding. Just trying to educate myself more about this before putting in more hours.

3) The glans cap is going to arrive in over a month. After some research on the forum, I found out that many people are taping their glans. I tried wrapping with tape but then the silicon sleeve of the vacuum chamber does not get a vacuum, there becomes an air leak because the tape doesn’t stick to the sleeve like my penis skin does. Any ideas about wrapping?
