So I measured girth and I’m on the small side of 12cm, or 4.724 inches, so girth is also something I’d like to work on.

OK, so you can see from our size table, you want a 1.75” diameter cylinder with quick disconnect fitting and combine that with the size matters pump with gauge. With that cylinder you don’t have to mess with a silicone seal.

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

Just a quick question, do I need lube? And also do I need to shave to get a seal? I noticed with Bathmate I needed to shave for it to get any seal at all.

If you get the cylinder without the silicone seal, you should still use a lube, but is doesn’t have to be water based. Pick your favorite. Also, it is best if you keep up with at least shaving around the base area. I just shave it all off! :)

Thanks all for the help. Received my pump and I’m currently doing my first pump session. Feels good and the quality actually is pretty good
