Question on isolating PC muscle
I had read a book that discussed strengthening the PC muscle (BTW: Isn’t is Pc for pubococcygeus—I keep seeing Bc here) and I’m not clear on just what I should be working out.
In the group of muscles, I can identify three specific items:
The first would be the “floor”, the space under my perenium that lies between my rectum to roughly the base of the root of my penis on the underside. When I squeeze this, my penis is pulled back from the root.
The second, a tubular muscle that is at the base on my penis perhaps 1/2 inch behind my scrotum, when I squeeze this, my penis is pulled back from the base.
The third, a long thin muscle that runs the underside of my penis, it has the ‘sharpest’ feeling—the feeling of a penis-only orgasm, it causes the end half of my penis to jump up and squeezes out the pee or semen.
When I want to do kegels to strengthen my muscles for the purpose of learning to have multiple-orgasms, to be able to prevent the flow from my vas deferens (when they exhort me to CLAMP DOWN HARD!), or develop a fuller and more rigid erection, which of these should I be squeezing—or all—or in what order? Frankly, to squeeze all three at the same time requires not only a fair bit of concentrated coordination, but I have a difficult time doing it fully, at full force for more than app. 10 times. Maybe part of my problem is that the muscles are just weak, so what part do I focus on squeezing?
Can someone fill in the blanks, or offer suggestions?
Thanks.
