Question Regarding Kegels
Hey there!
I’ll go ahead and preface this by stating that I am new to PE both in the sense of regular exercise as well as these forums. As such I do apologize if this is in the wrong section. Feel free to correct me, haha! In addition, I’m a rambler. Be prepared for a read!
Just to give a little personal info, I’m a 19 year old gym rat who’s always been self conscious about his penis size. Measuring in at a whopping 5.5 inches, as weird as it sounds, my dick has been a huge limiting factor for me. Not just in the sense of me lacking the courage to become sexually involved with women, but also in the sense of me feeling inferior to my peers. I have been in a state of depression for the past several years of my life due to family issues, and having a tiny willie doesn’t really help. I discovered PE and this specific forum as a result of one of my buddies mentioning it to me. After discovering that my little buddy has the potential to grow, I have never been more excited! As a gym rat, I am no stranger to routine exercise. I am now EXTREMELY determined and motivated to work hard to see growth, and will stop at nothing to make that dream a reality.
Now that we’ve got that out of the way, here’s the question..
How do I incorporate kegels into my routine/daily life?
As of right now I’ve only been exercising for a few days. My routine looks something like this..
*10m-15m warm up (Hot towel)
*10m jelqing (Extremely slow (5-8 seconds) with extreme care so as not to injure myself)
*10m edging (Usually will go to ejaculation on the 3rd exercise day. Also seems to act as a sort of “cool down”)
I do this routine 2 days on 1 day off.
I stole this routine from a buddy, who I mentioned earlier, that saw pretty insane growth. He managed to go from 5.5 inches to 8 inches within 2 years. To be frank I’d be happy with a 6 incher! Regardless, as is the case with regular muscle building, consistency is everything. At least I assume, haha. Constructive criticism regarding my routine is more than welcome.
I want to incorporate kegels into this routine/my daily life, however I’m confused as to how to do it. Do I just take 5m a day to perform the exercise? Can I fit it into my routine? Or is it something I should spread throughout the day?
Any and all responses are appreciated!
