I have two questions about manual stretching.

1. Do you have to do a warmup? (Like warm wrap or something similar)

2. Do you have to be flaccid, or can you be semi-erect?

Answers:

1) No you don’t have to do a warmup, but it is a good idea. Warm tissues move easier.

2) Flaccid for stretching is probably the best idea, last time I checked even semi erect doesn’t bend to terribly well. Jelqing can be done semi erect.
