Hey guys . I just started doing PE. I am very unhappy with my starting stats mainly my length. I am a week into Newbie Routine and I have some questions regarding jelqing. When I jelq after I stretch I can’t hold a firm enough erection in order to get a good grip on my penis . It is just too soft that I feel like i might not be pumping much blood in if at all. Also for someone just starting out with PE and looking for length gains only what would you guys recommend regarding stretches ,jelq,heat durations etc. I will post my stats once I get a ruler which I can push more into my base. It’s a common issue that a lot of men encounter when starting out, it takes some getting used to. If you lose your erection, just relax, spend some time getting it back, and then continue!

Eventually you can start kegeling blood into your unit before the jelq (only when you are ready, it can lead to injury if you put too much pressure there).

Newbie length gains can be obtained from stretching only, stretching the ligaments is a good start, however, many recommend jelqing as it increases your EQ as well as conditioning yourself. This is useful incase you want to move on to more intensive exercises.

Hey there Drizzt, welcome!
In addition to the above, I’d like to mention doing your kegels. Training the PC muscle will give you greater control over your erections which is especially useful for jelqing. Also if you’re a porn watcher, consider quitting or cutting considerably. I had the same problem when I started, but it gets better quickly. Hope that helps

Thank you guys alot for the quick responses. I am not really into normal porn but I enjoy the occasional softporn haha. What I want to do with PE is that I want to get around an atleast one inch of length and also strengthen my erections since my erect penis looks more downwards than upwards if you know what I mean. Pills might help with that too but I wanna achieve that naturally . Last question ; Does masturbating have any effect on my gains? Here to help! Some theories postulate that edging after a session (masturbating without the ejaculation) helps keep your tissue engorged and thus promotes growth post workout. I do that, too.

Others like to stay away from it. Mainly as they feel over stimulation can lead to lower erection quality.
