This idea seems to be huge here at Thunder’s Place, and it makes perfect sense. During PE, the thinking is that you’re creating minor (and safe, if you’re being sufficiently careful) tears in your tissues and ligaments. Keeping the penis in an enlarged state will promote more of these “micro tears” to heal in their expanded state, rather than their old, smaller state. Somewhat like exercising a muscle (which the penis is definitely not) where fibres are torn and heal in a bulkier, stronger state - the goal here in PE is to get that engorged size to be a permanent thing.

I would love to be able to split my routine up throughout the day, but due to time, work, and family it’s not possible. I do, however, try to use a TheraP wrap to keep my flaccid extended as long as possible, and plan to get a good ADS going as soon as I decide on which one to use. =)
As for the sex after PE thing.. I love the plumped up “PE dick”, and more importantly, so does the little woman. ;) Even if it’s slowing my gains, I’m going to keep going at it whenever possible. :) For jelqing, you may even try PEing right after sex. Seems easier to keep from getting an accidental erection.
