What about injuries though? How do I go about not injuring myself? It’s seems kinda touch and go as to whether I get a surprise injury or not? Or am I being a little over cautious? Thanks guys

Understand what you’re doing, if not then ask others, be careful, take your time and do not be in a rush.

Keepcalm.

We are talking real 1 inch gains in 2 years.

Keep in mind that maybe in a couple of months you will get maybe close to half an inch gains only because of better EQ.

So an inch in length in a year is VERY possible. Half an inch EQ gains and another half real gains. You’ ll see.

Girth will be a bitch though, although you may observe maybe 0.1-0.2 girth gains also by better EQ.

As for injuries, keep it safe by not overtraining and if you have any questions do not try to answer them by yourself by doing tests, ask here first. Injury free way.

BPEL 7 EG 5.5 NBPEL 6.5 Flaccid length 4.5. Started Jan 2015 at bpel 6.5 nbpel 6.0 and eg 5.2 flaccid length was 3.5

I have reached my goal. At least for now.

Thanks Bill.

So what is the difference between newbie gains and real gains? Do newbie gains disappear and real gains not?

Νewbie gains come faster which means you will gain fast at the begining and after that you will need more time to gain more.

Yes, newbie gains dissapear if you stop early. Real gains are permanent, cemented gains as we say, come to stay. Even if you stop completely you will lose some, not all.

So I should go for cemented gains - how long do they take? From what I have read on the forum over the last few weeks I’m guessing 2+ years?

Also, how much pressure do I need to use when jelqing and stretching with hands?

Thanks man

Cementing is something very personal. It takes time.Everybody is different.

IMO you need to do some PE for life to maintain gains. Nothing crazy, maybe some stretches and 100 or so jelqs twice a week.

If you quit, cold turkey, then in time you will probably lose some gains, not all, maybe half, I don’t know. What will be left is what you can call cemented gains.

Stretching needs to be done in a way that you can feel the stretch but not pain. As for jelqing, as long as the glans swells up in every rep you are doing it fine.
