I have been doing PE consistently 2 days on 1 day off for about a month and a half now and I’m wondering how often I should take time to rest. Also I have just recently made a homemade penis extender that is pretty damn good, I’m wondering how often I should use it and for how long and when I should use it.

Curious what you made. I’m working on a silicon sleeve myself

Mine is similar to the one in the video on the site, except I use a bandage over the theraband that is pulling.

I just started doing PE. I use stretches and jelqing, but I started getting lots of small red dots and some big ones. So now I’m doing one day on one off routine. Is this OK or I will not gain form this?

As often as you need. If you gai nand have good PI’s then keep on doing what you do. If you dont gain and have abd PI’s make more rest. If you dont gain and have good PI’s get less rest.

Extenders and all low intensity exerscise as oftena s possible.

Extender minimum 4 hours i would say daily
