Stretching yes, I mostly jelq when trying to work on girth, which is my focus right now. Clamping and jelq with mild QEP sets to not loose length gains.
Hey so I just got it and I have it on with the extension bars but I don’t feel any tension. I am currently around 6” BPFL so I think this is fine. Should I be using two pairs of foam and tube slots or just one? I am currently using the bottom half
Edit: I ended up using both slots and it feels better now.. Still not super tense but there is a little tension. I’m moving the blue bars on the sides to make it extend more, maybe that’s the trick
