I have been hallucinating at my own thoughts. I still am convinced that I’ve dealt some kind of loss of potential but I’m semi aware that it’s my own ocd.
You are overthinking this in a grandiose way, and it’s not good for you. If you have OCD, it sucks for you, but you really have nothing to worry about when it comes to penis size.
You present what you say as facts, while the science behind bodily growth is far from complete and theories are often incorrect. I read somewhere that… to me is the same as I am making this up because I want it to be true OR I read it on Reddit, and we all know everything on the internet is true. Then you take that as a given and create a theory around it that falls apart at the seams. I really, really urge you to relax about it. Being afraid of not reaching your maximum potential is the same as being afraid you missed out on something earlier in life. It’s perfectly normal from time to time, but it should never become an obsession.
Other half-thruths:
You say your penis ranges from your anus to your glans, which is false. The corpus cavernosum starts in the body but definitely not near the anus. Try somewhere behind the prostate.
Boys reaching puberty when they are 13-14 definitely have their first penile growth spurt then, so all ages from 13 up are important.
Sleep is more important for mental development than body development, since sleep accounts for most of the digestive processes. Muscle and bone growth happens during resting periods, and that is during daytime too.
If you’d in fact deprive one twin of all he needs to grow and give te other twin optimal conditions, the height difference wouldn’t be counted in inches but in feet.
Lastly this one here: > Is it a fact that physical activity and the extra GH due to it can help athletes mature faster or reach more potential? <
What came first, the chicken or the egg? Is someone a good athlete because he matured faster and therefore was strong/flexible/fast at a young age so he could train well, or did he train well so he matured faster? I think it’s a bit of both. There’s a female world class rock climber who climbed everything from trees to houses and power lines at a young age, and the has incredibly bone density in her hands and forearms. That part is definitely unique and gives her great grip strength, and it’s all due to training. At the same time, she has a small and stocky build (a good trait if you want to climb) like all women in her family, and that is all genetics.
So, in short, take it easy on yourself. It’s far easier to think something is wrong with you than to know that you are alright.
