Realistically how long can I reach my goal of 6"

I currently have a 4.5 erect penis. 6 inches is not the final goal (its actually 7) but I will be very happy with 6. I hope to grow to that length more or less a year. Is this too ambitious or if I use ADS and a good routine I can achieve it?

December 2008 BPFL=2.75 with BPEL=4.5

GOAL IS BPEL=7

Yes you can. If your new do the newbie routine and if you got an ADS use it for at least a few hours afterwards. Don’t use too much tension. A good rule of thumb is to have it where you can feel a good stretch but still walk around and be able to do things as if you don’t have a third leg. For me this is a little under my erect length. Experiment and you’ll figure it out.

If you can, try to ADS for 8h a day. If you’re new to this you might wanna do only 4 for a couple of weeks to condition the thing though.

1.5” in a year is definitely possible, just don’t be disappointed if it doesn’t happen. That would be quite a gain so it might take longer than that, but try to be consistent and it’ll come sooner or later. Good luck. :)

I must be an easy gainer. :)

Anyway, I don’t know what exactly are you trying to say with that post after quoting me, I was just saying that 1.5” in a year is possible with some luck since 1” length gain is quite standard for 1 year of consistent PE. Some might get it even faster, some might never get it. Oh well.

Average gains are about 1/2” EL per year first 2 years, then gains tend to slow down - it’s a gross estimation, nothing that precise. Of course you could gain more than that or less, I hope your case will be the first one but the only wa to really know is just to keep doing with consistency.

Sounds possible if you put in the effort.

What if he was born with 7” girth? That doesn’t make sense does it?

This is possible but you would have to be someone that has some strong newbie gains. I think a good goal to shoot for is 5.5” in a year. How is your girth?

I’ve been doing the newbie routine followed by and extender and do periodical stretches throughout the day. If I can reach 6”, I’d be happy. However, I am short and way overweight. My fat pad pushes more than 1.5”. I wonder how much NBPEL would be obtained if I lost 50 pounds?

It depends how tall you are Hex. I think a rough estimate could be 1/2” per 25 pounds weight loss.

Thank you, Marinera. I am about 5’6”. I also recently developed high blood pressure which may be the reason my EQ has been poor. I hope that by reducing body weight, I will not only yield better EQ but also NBPEL.

Than losing body weigth should be your primary goal Hex. A good diet and some physical training will do wonders - it will also raise your testosterone levels.

I think you can probably get it. I started on 1/08/10 at 5.6875 BPEL and now I’m to 6.125 BPEL =D So fast newbie gains are definitly possibly just now lets see if your body is up for it. Go slow though as everyone will tell you, you don’t want to miss out on possible newbie gains cause you hurt yourself or do somthing stupid and your body then tries to fight every other exercise from then on out.
