[?] Recommendations for Length Work
Hey guys,
This is geared more to the experienced PEers, those that have gained significant length.
I am interested in what you would recommend for length work. I did a few searches & have been lurking on the boards for a while.
I would like to stick w/ “safe” techniques for the first 6 months to 1 year (i.e. no clamping or hanging).
This is the plan I have come up with so far:
(1 on / 1 off schedule - 365 days)
- Stretching
- Jelqing
- ADS / Anti-Turtle Device (every day)
I plan on purchasing something like SizeGenetics or ProSizer in the near future.
Any recommendations for me or should I just stick w/ my plan & see what works?
Are there any threads I can read about what other members have done to increase length significantly?
