Yo guys I can’t do manual stretching and I suppose it is because I’m uncircumcised and when the penis is flaccid, the hand moves towards the glans and slip away if I don’t exert so much force that it hurts. Then if I let a little blood pass I can do manual stretching but the grip goes under the glans and as soon as I finish the set of 10/30 seconds , the glans is all red and full of "cuts" that go away shortly after the PE (except for the red dots which remain for days). What should I do ? Btw (I’m only supposing this) I think I potentially have soft glans syndrome, as the glans during erection is the same size as when flaccid, and obviously it is also soft "this does not always happen but tends to happen when I cause the erection". Do you think this could affect manual stretching, any advice for also solving the potential soft glans? Thanks for anyone who answers me of your time.

You are pulling too hard. The red dots are sign of you overdoing it. They are small hemorrhages and will go away, if you give your penis a break for a few days. Try to retract the foreskin, and grip behind the head and pull lightly. When penis extenders were invented, they found that a sweet spot for growth were pulling at 1,5 kg max of force. ( for many hours per day - but still ) The " cuts" as you call them are normal, I have them every time after my sessions in the extender, and they go back to normal fairly quick. You say that your head are soft or flaccid-size during erections, and that is also a sign of fatigue ( you are overdoing it). Take some day off, and start out lightly for progressive longer sessions over time, and enjoy the journey. You may also look into whats called " the neewbie routine". Look it up on the website. First of all thanks for the reply. If I were to try to retract the foreskin then should I pull with the grip just below the glans or should I use enough force to pull just below the glans a few centimeters? As for my routine, I followed hink’s advice and for now until I get used to it I do 10 minutes a day (sometimes split into two sessions) of manual stretching, and I would like to get to 40 minutes through progressive overload within a month. Then in the next few months I will start doing air pumping. Please let me know if you have any suggestions or if you think I should add/change anything.

you could try to apply heat. Take a cloth and warm it with hot water, a d wrap it around your penis for a few minutes to warm up the tissue inside the penis, and then do the light stretches, with the grip just behind the head.
