I started PE ing in early February and did fine on the newbie routine for two months. I got out of the groove for 3 weeks and started back into the newbie routine in the first week in May. I am encouraged with my bigger flaccid hang and also my dick looks and feels bigger.My problem is red dots daily and purple discoloration on my foreskin only. I have a minimal circumcision. I stetch moderately hard with a moderately strenous pull. I like to feel that I am putting moderate to severe pressure on my ligaments. I jelg at about 50 to 80% erect with moderate pressure. I did not have this problem in the first two months of work but now have the dots and discoloration almost daily. I am trying to listen to my body and the obvious answer in too much pressure on the foreskin in jelging and stretching.Any other comments here to help me.My wife grieves over the looks of my dick, but is otherwise supportive.

Somebody help please, I also need the answer to this question.

Oh, I used to get a little bruise and I got it healed by giving my penis a massage in warm water.

I had a little trouble with spots at one time too. My solution was to apply less pressure during my jelqs and between each stroke grab my penis at the base and twirl it. This kept the blood more or less pooled while relieving the extreme pressure on the capillaries. Actually doing this resulted in a heavier flaccid hang afterwards than the jelqing alone. It means you make your OK grip a little bigger (looser)? Not to apply much pressure while jelquing, is it right?

Correct. Gradually increase the pressure as you progress in your PE training. Red dots mean you are doing something too much, too fast, or too hard. Give your dick some time to catch on to PE and it will do away with the dots. Even vets get these after coming back from a break and getting too aggressive, too soon. Slow and easy,

Experiencing those “red dots” on your dick is perfectly normal. If they are small, that is. If you burst a vessel and it turns into the size of a pinhead, you are using too much force.

But there’s no need to worry. Take a couple of days off and monitor the progress. When you start back up again, use less pressure. Make sure you engage in a thorough warm-up routine. That should help.

I think taking some days off is the best way.. Actually it is not happened to me, I have just been curious about discoloration quentioned earlier by thinktank.
