Hello! I’m new to Thundersplace and wanted to use this an an introduction/questions/routine thread. I found the forum last week while perusing some NSFW posts on Reddit and decided to test it out (thus, the name I selected - “Redditest”). Most of us are, by nature, equal parts curious and insecure regarding dicks and I wanted to see the information and experiences related here. You’ve fostered a very informative, interesting, heartening, and encouraging environment. Enough so that I’ve decided to try out PE. I’m working on getting measurements (and maybe photos) to document the process. Pending that, I’d like to perhaps add 0.50-1.0 in both length and girth and see how that works. I haven’t yet discussed my interest in PE with my wife. I’ll do so if I start seeing any significant gains. Anyway, here are some of my early experiences and related questions.

1. I have completed six sessions of the newbie routine and two very short clamping attempts. Unsurprisingly, I haven’t seen any growth, aside from some edematous girth likely due to exercise induced trauma. However, I’ve been aroused much more frequently and seem to have firmer erections. My wife and I have had sex, in some form, eight times in the past four days. That’s a lot for us. Has anyone else experienced a dramatic libido increase soon after starting PE? Is it a recognized phenomenon? I didn’t see anything in the forum. I also wonder if/when this subsides. Although I’m great with more sex, the wife is just about over this twice-a-day stuff.

2. I’ve accidentally climaxed twice during PE. The first time, I made it through the routine but couldn’t stop afterwards. The second time was during my first attempt at clamping. I had completed the newbie routine, except the warm-down, and wanted to add a short, five minute, clamping session. I was, again, too excited and the constriction pushed me over the edge. I’ve read a few comments from others about this problem. Is it common? Does it get easier? Any tips on how to avoid this? Just slow down? I don’t have problems with premature ejaculation during sex. Maybe it’s the specific friction with these exercises. The second clamping session wasn’t as challenging, so perhaps it comes with time.

3. Apropos of clamping, I need a better solution for a wrap. I used the elastic cuff from a short-ankle sock and then the sock, itself. Neither was ideal. I read the thread about the legendary Ho-medics wrist wrap and the substitutes people have attempted. I’m picking up an Ace elbow wrap today. The only question is the “strap” or the “support.” We’ll see. I have Cable Wraptors, which I think are the equivalent to Cable Clamp and/or Cable Cuff. Does anyone know if the sizes are the same with the brands? I picked up medium (dick only) and large (behind the balls). Medium seems to work nicely. It may actually be better with a wrap which is thicker than a single layer of sock. Should be plenty of clicks left. Even the medium is pretty damn big.

Yes, this is a recognized phenomenon among many forum members. For me, it has been several years and the heightened libido has not subsided, except for a few periods (sickness, long travel, depression, dealing with family, etc.). Welcome to TP.

Thanks. This should be interesting, if nothing else. The wife is a trooper - she was down again tonight.

UPDATE: I forgot I started taking a version of the Holy Grail supplement from this site - it was actually the link that brought be here - at the same time I began the newbie routine. I’m taking Zinc, Lecithin, and L-Arginine. I guess that could be contributing to the increased libido. Oh, and FWIW, I noticed I have to take the Lecithin with food or it tears up my stomach.

More importantly, though, the Ace "wrap around wrist support" ( https://www.ace brand.com/3M/en … 94605733&rt=rud ) works great for a clamping wrap. It has a wide superfluous fabric flange which can be easily cut away, leaving a strip of relatively soft fiber which is 2" wide and 10" long. It attaches to itself by velcro at any point and looks like it could accommodate 1" to 9.0" (I.e., just about anyone) in girth. I also picked up a Cable Clamp. The medium is about the same size as the medium Cable Wraptor. It might be a bit smaller, functionally, based on its shape. The tines are also larger and more widely interspersed. For me, at least right now, the Cable Clamp is a little more comfortable. And, again, the Ace wrap looks to be a great solution.

Tomorrow is an off-day from the newbie routine. I may try a short session of clamping (3x5min?) depending on how the day goes. Things feel fine downstairs, so why not experiment a bit?

You seem very educated about the subject of PE, but it does take time to see results. Through what timeline did you progress through your PE experience?

Keep off days as off days. 3 five minute clamping sets is not an off day. Clamping is inherently dangerous. More so the less conditioned you are. It’s is easy to turn “things feel fine downstairs, so why not experiment” into “my dick is cold, dark and can’t get hard”.

Be careful with clamping if you must do it. In my opinion don’t do it until you have conditioned yourself thoroughly.

I have no prior PE experience, I-Beam. Just got started a bit over a week ago. But I’ve been reading away at the threads. I don’t have any expectations on when to expect results. Maybe a month or two for starters? Seems reasonable based on the progress reports of others.

I’ll back it down and be thankful I didn’t experience any injuries. Any guidelines (whether based on time, skin characteristics, size, etc.) on when clamping might be appropriate? Heeding the warnings in this thread, I took two days off PE before resuming the newbie routine today. My flaccid penis consistently feels longer and fuller. I’ve always been a grower, not a shower, and the extra size feels good. The erections are still alarmingly frequent and my sex drive is still increased. My wife makes jokes like "again?" or "we just fucked" or "I need a rest" but then either initiates or responds to my advances. She appears to enjoy herself. She had more orgasms than usual last week, even accounting for the higher sexual frequency. We completed the MojoUpgrade sexual quiz ( http://mojoupgrade.com ) I saw on this site and are looking forward to trying some things.

I haven’t yet noticed any increase in erect length or girth. I tried gathering measurements during my last session but, as it turns out, you guys are pretty fucking talented. I had trouble with the tape measure, realized we don’t own a ruler, kept losing a lot of my erection, couldn’t decide if it was 3/8 or 1/2, etc. I’m going to collect another set or two of measurements and then average them out. With measuring being this hard, I don’t know how the fuck you guys take good pictures. I’d have to enlist my wife to assist. Hmmm, that wasn’t on the MojoUpgrade quiz.

I’m using paper strip for girth with mark of starting size. Can easily see even 1/16 inch difference, just wrap that at the same spot. But much harder to see length gains. I’m pretty sure i can make 1/4 error there and maybe it’s better to measure BPFSL.

Gather your supplies. Start a video then put the phone down. Do your thing and then video the measurements. Now you can just take screenshots or just edit down the vid.
