Rep Numbers
Hi.
Can someone give me an idea of the right rep range for my level of PE? I’m 1 month in Linear Routine and I’m curious if 2x30sec stretches and 80-100 jelqs are okay for my first month? By the end of 2nd month I think 150-200 jelqs should be good? What about stretches?
Linear routine is much more easy going than the regular Newbie Ruotine. I’m just afraid if I’m undertraining compared to that routine?
