Request for review on a long term experience with Phallosan

Hi all,
I wonder whether someone in here has a long term (+6months) experience with Phallosan.
If so, can you please give your opinion and impressions on the product? Most of the (handful of the) people
Here that used it, made a review after a few days (or weeks) of usage. I would like to hear about someone that actually
Is gaining (or not) from it.

I know tit is expensive, but it is the most convenient to use device I’ve seen in this forum.
I tried to build a hanger and an ADS and failed. Draws are hard to follow.. And I lack the skills. My next attempt will be the cptnWench ADS.
If it doesn’t work, I will buy a Phallosan.
