Rest When PI's Are Positive?
I know rest is important, especially for girth. All of my routines have resulted in massive length gains at the cost of EQ and libido. Now I’m trying to gains girth, and good EQ is a must.
After my routine yesterday, I see that today I have great libido and EQ. I was planning to go 1on/1off but I thought about training today.
Should one rest even when you have good PI’S or should you only take a rest day when you need it?
