Retiring Hanging, but have Jelqing Questions

Hey guys looking for some support,

So sadly today I’ve made the tough decision to stop certain aspects of PE. I don’t have as much free time anymore like I used too (Work, Kids, etc). For the last decade I’ve only done Hanging and I’ve had some pretty amazing results. Fluctuated between 10-15lbs and deconditioned every 3 months changing angles every month, and hung for 1.5hrs a day.. Started at around 7 inches and ended up at around 9.5ish Bone pressed flaccid stretched. Took me a long time, paid off that I had a job at home and lived alone for a good 5 years. Sadly, I have to retire hanging and the possibility of using an extender/ADS.

TLDR

I still would really like to continue penis enlargement, and keep it under the radar a bit. I was thinking of trying jelqing. I’m just not sure how good the results are and if there is a growth limit or not. I can definitely spare 15-30 minutes in the shower practicing this technique everyday.

I have some questions for those that have had success with jelqing:

1. How long did it take you to see results and what have you gained total?

2. Do you have a go-to routine like ive seen (jp’s90)?

3. Can you Jelq just for length?

4. What’s the science behind it? (How does it grow the tissue etc)

5. Is there a growth limit? Or (decondition and repeat)

6. Are your results permanent?

I’m super impressed with your gains!!!
I’ve been with PE for over a decade also. For me Jelq has been the standard. Every day every time I unzip or wake up in the middle of night, every private moment. Never a structured Devon, but I have lapsed schedule wise.
For me it increased blood flow, and seemingly vein expansion. I’ve never hung. Only jelq pump clamp. My gains are 5/8 in length and about 1” girth and as I’ve read jelq is a more girth oriented exercise. Have you posted any pics of your BPFSL?
That is amazing to me, I’d love to achieve that!

Yea so no pics sadly, but I think my account here was registered in 2005, so how ever long that’s been lol.
Hanging was great just super time consuming. I did feel like I plateaued a couple times and my inadvertent breaks helped. I think what really helped too was changing the angle every month or so. Was also like a indirect decondition in a way. Once I felt that angle got “boring” I switched and then I’d feel that “fatigue” slightly once more. Probably a proper deconditioning would of helped but I’d never had the patience. I know I’ve definitely gotten thicker as well too but I’ve never actually measured I could just tell you by the way it feels over the last decade that hanging has helped in a indirect way I guess it’s hard to explain, I’m over 6 for sure in girth. Never really occurred to me to measure it. I was just going for length. In times where I did start after a break of three months I did notice a massive jump in length probably my most biggest jumps. I did have an extender I would wear for like 2 hours after I hanged. It kept the length pretty consistent the entire day but would slowly creep back until the consistency would cemented I guess over the course of a month or so. Everyone is pretty spot on, it’s just basically time you put in is the time you get for results. And honestly I think it’s probably any facet of penis enlargement whatever you put in your going to get out whether it’s length or girth. That’s why I was curious if jelqing had results for length, was kinda following some threads on cell splitting and chamber expansion. Makes sense just wanted to validate with you humble folks :)

Would love to bump this. If anyone else has jelqing insight for length.
