Return after multiple spinal surgery

Return after multiple spinal surgery

Hi everybody I thought I had better re-introduce myself after my 1 year or so absence. I had to have multiple spinal ops but I am now in a position to get back into PEing.
I only PEed for a few months (about 5) before all this went down and I gained nothing. However looking over my notebook I think I was overdoing it. I started on the newbie routine and then added more exercises as I became increasingly frustrated with my lack of gains. However I think I needed to do less, not more. I read the positive indicators of PE article and the days where I was ‘positive’ were the days I had little time so I just did 10min jelqs and a few stretches. Also morning routines seem to give more positive indicators.
Honestly I should have looked over my notes every month. Live and learn, live and learn.

So my routine for the last week has been:
AM 15min of light jelqing
Magnetic wrist wrap all day (My penis is more flexible if I wear the wrap all day)
PM 5min manual stretches (30sec holds followed by some JAIs) with heat (all downward angle stretches)
Magnetic wrist wrap until sleep

My lot is around 9 o’clock so I am focusing on ligs for the moment. I have the redi-stretcher but I find hanging uncomfortable (I think this is me, not the hanger design).
I have been reading with great interest the vacuum stretchers since I think my penis does not like the compression type hanger. How do people find these vacuum hangers? I am attempting to DIY one at the moment.
Sorry about this rambling post but I thought I had better get back into the forum.
Happy PEing everyone

Glad to see you back Mentar. Back problems are just the worst so I hope you got everything corrected. I hope your doctors recommended doing core exercises to help keep your new back healthy.

Sounds like you are on the right track with your new program. I have always been into pumping, so will leave your hanging questions to others. But, no matter what form of PE you choose, the main thing is to avoid trauma from going overboard as this only slows the process down. Stay patient and consistent.

Mentar welcome back. Sorry about your back.

Walk slowly but never backwards.

Hi Mentar

Welcome back. Vaccum stretchers seem to be booming, and there are two models available at
Autoextender Penis Enlargement Device (not my website).

What kind of magnetic wrap do you use? I have a wrist wrap with 3 tiny magnets in it, wearing on the wrist at present. Would this have any effect?

Cheers, BG

For working your core like gprent recommended, get your hands on a power wheel; http://www.life lineusa.com/pro … =4&productid=11

I have one and I simply love it. Combine this device with some calisthenics and you should be fit like a fiddle in no time!

Thanks everybody!

A question on pumping. Do you see much in the way of length gains? I did some hard core searching on the matter and it seems to be debatable. The only tip I saw was using a narrow cylinder. If I may ask, what have your gains been like so far?

As for my back it is all good and I intend to keep it that way. I was seeing a physio regularly and doing about 2 hours of exercises a day (a few short walks, stretching and core exercises), hence no time for PE. However for the last few months I have been back to doing some limited weightlifting. One thing that has really blown me away is how effective this training has been. Since I can’t barbell squat or deadlift (the two best muscle builders) I have focused on my diet and I managed to put on about 20kg in a matter of months (some fat but mostly muscle)!! Before my surgery I spent about 6 months bedridden so I lost alot of weight and my muscles wasted away. I still remember when I went for my first walk after surgery, I walked about 20m before I was exhausted!

Yeah I saw that design when I was trawling the forum. I think that vacuum hanging may be a good alternative for some of us. I don’t know how well it will work for stretching the tough tunica though, it seems you need more weight then a vacuum hanger could support. But ill cross that bridge when I come to it since right now, according to LOT theory, I have some lig gains to be had.

The magnetic wrist wrap seems to work well as a type of cock ring in that it keeps some extra blood in the penis. Basically wrap it around as close to the body as you can (I go around the penis and balls). I don’t know if the magnets make any difference. Weak magnetic fields encourage blood flow so it may help encourage engorgement. If you search you might find the threads on this stuff. I use it because I have noticed my penis is MUCH more stretchy if I jelq in the morning and leave the wrap on all day.

Pumping has worked very well for me. I have gained 1.25” in length and .75” in girth as well as restoring full function to what had been deteriorating erections.

I have also found that weight lifting has been the absolute best thing not only for eliminating back pain, but for losing weight, toning up and generally putting me in the best condition of my life now at age 54. It sounds like it is working similar miracles for you.
