Road to 7" BPEL
I am a newbie looking to gain and cement half an inch in length and girth by the end of the year using first manual stretches and jelqs and then mechanical products such as a bathmate and the new phallosan forte plus if need be
I have tried the newbie routine 2 times before but because of poor measurement i am not entirely sure if i have gained anything and even if i have it would be no more than 1cm or thereabouts
My main aim is to gain the half inch to get to 7” inch before i focus more on the girth side of things but if girth gains come also on my journey to 7” so be it.
Another one of my issues is i have a fat pad so i am around 5 inches nbpel which makes my unit look even smaller considering it is quite skinny so to eliminate this issue i will be embarking on the ketogenic diet to reduce fat and build muscle/coupled with cardio training and hopefully bring more blood flow to my flaccid which can get as small as an inch and rests at around 3 and is at 4 give or take at its peak
My newbie routine will consist of:
30 second stretches up down upper right upper left lower right lower left
and a 10 min wet jelq with a jelq lasting between 3-5 seconds
and then dunking my unit in warm water for 30 seconds as a warm down
Any advice would be hugely appreciated so i can reach in my opinion very realistic goals by the end of the year
