I am a newbie looking to gain and cement half an inch in length and girth by the end of the year using first manual stretches and jelqs and then mechanical products such as a bathmate and the new phallosan forte plus if need be
I have tried the newbie routine 2 times before but because of poor measurement i am not entirely sure if i have gained anything and even if i have it would be no more than 1cm or thereabouts

My main aim is to gain the half inch to get to 7” inch before i focus more on the girth side of things but if girth gains come also on my journey to 7” so be it.
Another one of my issues is i have a fat pad so i am around 5 inches nbpel which makes my unit look even smaller considering it is quite skinny so to eliminate this issue i will be embarking on the ketogenic diet to reduce fat and build muscle/coupled with cardio training and hopefully bring more blood flow to my flaccid which can get as small as an inch and rests at around 3 and is at 4 give or take at its peak

My newbie routine will consist of:
30 second stretches up down upper right upper left lower right lower left
and a 10 min wet jelq with a jelq lasting between 3-5 seconds
and then dunking my unit in warm water for 30 seconds as a warm down

Any advice would be hugely appreciated so i can reach in my opinion very realistic goals by the end of the year

Wishing you good luck on your gains. I very highly recommend warming up for 5 minutes before your stretches. You will not regret it, likely have better stretches, and less chance of injury. Once you plateau with this plan, you can look into other types of manual stretches if you’d like, before shifting to the PF. I also recommend researching what others have to say about pumping, as the BM doesn’t allow pressure measurement, so most guys don’t like it for PE. Good luck!

What type of warmup do you suggest i do for 5 minutes to help with gains

Also i will be logging how much time i have spent on the routine and will measure each month

Stay consistent and you will get to your goal. Maybe with only the manual work. I’d just echo what EZ said. My preferred warm up device is the good old rice sock.

Since starting the newbie routine i have noticed stronger morning wood which tends to wake me up an hour or two before i usually would which is a good sign

Havent really noticed morning wood like this since my teens which is good and bad considering im only 21 which i can only put down to poor diet and lack of exercise which i will be looking to change via keto

There are lots of ways to warm-up. I’m using a rice sock as I type currently :) Also, I like the shower. Do an advanced search on “warm-up” and you’ll find lots of info. Great news about the morning wood!

Had a good session yesterday but this morning my morning wood was nowhere near as strong which i put to being the first time since beginning my routine that i masturbated so looks like i wont be able to do so when i have a routine scheduled that day

Does masturbation hinder gains at all?

I know about this numbers, but can’t say how much of that is truth. People who masturbate few times per day have significant speed of gains. People who do once/day have slow pace. People who do once/week are better and the best is once/few weeks. I suppose that hints on how horny person is during day. Basically people who do once/day mostly drain whole lust level and their daily amount keeps low until next day. People who aren’t satisfied with once/day generally have higher level and their lust restores back quite fast. But if you don’t masturbate at all for significant time, then your should have high amount without break.

My advice tho, to do as you feel best.

Clocked up 50 mins of wet jelq

and 25 mins of stretching

Started of stretching for 3 mins but from wednesday doubled it to 6 as i am not a complete novice

2nd week done
clocked up 30 mins of stretching
and 50 mins of wet jelqing
i altered my jelq slightly on the last day of my routine on friday just experimenting
Instead of jelqing in an O sign i have altered it slightly so my thumb and index finger form a sort of slit
which sorta flattens my penis which hopefully produces gains or more gains girthwise by making penis appear wider

Worth a try
also i hold these jelqs for between 4-6 seconds

3rd week done
30 mins of stretching
50 mins of wet jelqing
using both an o jelq and my own version jelq which ill call the slit jelq or whatever which flattens the penis which may help width

Just today an erection woke me up which is a good indicator i believe and we go again next week

For the past month or so i have been restricting calories because i was broke af and became deficient in nutrients so i dont expect any gains

but with that being said the vein on top of my penis has gotten longer so theres something

will be posting measurements for 1st month tomorrow

Thanks hopefuly i get can get some sort of gains by the end of month 3

2 month first week complete
Didnt post measurements for 1st month because i couldnt reach my peak EL probably because of poor diet and lack of arousal so will postpone measurements for next month
30 mins of stretching

50 mins of wet jelqing

Still noticing even when flaccid vein in middle of penis is still more pronounced then before and going further up and closer to the head
hopefully this is the sign of things to come and with the help of a good diet/protein and exercise i can maximise gains
