Hello, I’m starting at 5.5 BPEL and 5.5 EG. Is that average?

I’m trying to get to 7x6 which I believed is possible.

Also is it possible to reach 8x6 or 7x7 or 8x7? Or is that unrealistic?

So far I’m pumping only

I think that 8 is unrealistic. Go for 7, but count yourself lucky (or talented) if you find yourself creeping over 7.

Your EG is basically perfect for the majority of women and well above average. There are people today winning the lottery so who am I to say you won’t get those gains.

What I will say is that pumping only will not get you there, and since you are going for length over girth, pumping is amazing for EQ , girth and then length. Also, you will find that when you are at 6.75 BPEL you may in fact with that girth have the top notch penis for the majority of women.

You may need to head over to MOS matters of size if you are serious about getting those gains, the people over there are helpful with people with big goals and you may need to know way more about PE than you know right now. Also watch a bunch of HINK on youtube to get you the right routine.

I’ve gone from 5.75BPEL to 7.3BPEL in just under 2 years using an extender based routine. I’m going for 8. It’s possible. People here have done it. Look up Thoughtful Gold and read his story here.

Although, pumping alone is probably not going to get you that length. Your girth is already terrific.

I agree with everyone that pumping is not the best way to gain length, at least utilizing standard technique.

A good start is manual stretching. Do some searching for manual stretches and see if you can find a routine that you’d like to begin.

I do think that you can get to 7" but for most guys 1.5" in length takes time on the order of a couple of years, and lots of dedication. But if you really want to get there you probably can.

There is an old saying: To reach the goal, only two things are required. To start and to continue.

Your BPEL is slightly above average and your EG is noticeably above average.

I agree with your first objective, it is achievable, 8x7 not so much anymore. The members who have earned the most, after years doing PE, are usually around 2 inches.

It is not impossible to earn more than that, right here in the forum there are some cases but they are very few compared to the previous ones, and there are also many that do not reach those 2 inches.

As for the circumference, something similar happens, 1.5 inches is a lot, those who have gained the most usually register around 0.8 inches.

Obviously there are exceptions to the rule and there is no way to rule out that you could be one of them. The only way to find out is to put your hands on the cock and be persistent.

Hanging is probably best for length, but you can find people who gained with just about any exercise, including pumping.
I think if you are feeling pins and needles you are over doing it. 20-30 minute seems like and extreme amount of time, especially if you are a beginner. When i was pumping i would do 3x5min max, but it took me a few weeks before i reached that amount of time.

Why not start with the newbie routine, and spend the next few months reading and researching about whats best for you? Trust me, you dont want to rush PE, even if you really want gains in the next x months. Its not about what you want, its about figuring out how to do PE effectively and without injury. There is no one answer. There are lots of answers, and opinions, its up to you to decide whats true.

I’m in agreement with those suggesting the newbie routine. My first round of PE was 10 years ago and I gained .75" in length in about 6 months using the newbie routine. Don’t skip it.

I started with something like Max ten minutes at 4hg. Then rest up for two days. Repeat 2-3 more times at same levels then increase by maybe two minutes.

Once I reached 20 minutes I split it up to two ten minute sessions at continued 4hg.

Eventually I got up too three twenty minute sessions or one short and one longer for 30-40 minutes.

Take it slow and easy and you will get there. Train for a marathon, not a sprint.

Future BPEL: +1%, MEG: +1%

Sorry to be too honest but you need to read so much more before asking the questions. extender is maintenance for length is different than hanging or manual stretches. Same with water pumping, you should never feel any discomfort- are you using a cylinder and gauge?

Many guys use high-tension, shorter duration (60-120 minutes) extending as a substitute for hanging or manual stretches in their length training. Others have had success with low-tension, long duration (2+hours per day) extending. So I don’t think your statement is universally true.

Yeah… all I did for about the first year of my PE was wear an extender - and I gained well over half an inch. And I am currently doing high-tension extending, wearing it for about 2 hours a time.

I actually think wearing an extender is the easiest and most effective way of getting gains for those new to PE/just starting out.


Start: BPEL 6.7" MSEG 4.8"

Now: BPEL 8.3" MSEG 5.5"

Goal: BPEL 9.0" MSEG 6.0"

That is similar to my experience. I gained somewhere around 3/8 inch over about 9 months by using a LeLuv Slider extender for about 3 hours each evening at the maximum tension possible without my penis slipping out of the strap. I probably could have done better than that, but there was a period of experimentation and learning during the first months.

I’m not sure it is worth the effort, but it seems to work.
