So, I just stared P|E’ing as my part of my new years resolutions and I’m having trouble because halfway through my work out I’m getting to hard.
Currently I’m doing
5mins warm washcloth warm up
10 mins of 30sec hand stretches in all directions
20 mins of OK style jelqing
5mins warm “cool” down

Is there something I’m doing wrong or what?

Breathing probably.

Could also be age, as younger people get erections and are aroused easier. Relax, and breath very slowly.
