Some of you may remember me as i used to pop in every now and again about a year ago. I used to be pretty active on the Darkness at noon forum.

I never really got much exercising done. I have decided to try again and this this time keep it constant, I have a long way to go (no monster cock to start with). I have started the newbie routine on the 10th Oct 2005 and hope to measure again on the 10th Nov, the aim is to get to 6x5 at the rate of 1mm a week
