Routine & Products Question
The *general* Routine I want to follow:
1) Manual Stretching in a warm/hot shower (outwards, up/down, side to side for several mins while showering)
2) Hanging (10-20x Min sets; I don’t think I’d ever go past about 10 Lbs for fear of injury)
3) Penis Pumping (9x Mins; turn off for 30 seconds; back up to full final 30 secs)
4) Clamping (put on silicone sleeve; clamp at base for 5+ Mins)
5) Infrared Heating pad to end things off
Question 1: Does the above general routine seem decent? I’m kinda turned off from ADS (especially rod systems) since “QuickExtenderPro” was shit for me —— I have a PMP Full set coming, and would maybe eventually use the belt system stretched down and over my shoulder.
Question 2: I also wanted to ask for product recommendations: I was looking into buying from ZenHanger for one of their 10Lb Vacuum Hangers, their Penis Pump, and also a $24.99 Clamp, and then Total Man Shop has an Infrared pad for $59. Are these good products or not?
I don’t wanna get too ahead of myself and end up spending money on garbage, but once I have the proper tools; I’d love documenting my PE journey
