Routine & Products Question

Routine & Products Question

The *general* Routine I want to follow:

1) Manual Stretching in a warm/hot shower (outwards, up/down, side to side for several mins while showering)

2) Hanging (10-20x Min sets; I don’t think I’d ever go past about 10 Lbs for fear of injury)

3) Penis Pumping (9x Mins; turn off for 30 seconds; back up to full final 30 secs)

4) Clamping (put on silicone sleeve; clamp at base for 5+ Mins)

5) Infrared Heating pad to end things off

Question 1: Does the above general routine seem decent? I’m kinda turned off from ADS (especially rod systems) since “QuickExtenderPro” was shit for me —— I have a PMP Full set coming, and would maybe eventually use the belt system stretched down and over my shoulder.

Question 2: I also wanted to ask for product recommendations: I was looking into buying from ZenHanger for one of their 10Lb Vacuum Hangers, their Penis Pump, and also a $24.99 Clamp, and then Total Man Shop has an Infrared pad for $59. Are these good products or not?

I don’t wanna get too ahead of myself and end up spending money on garbage, but once I have the proper tools; I’d love documenting my PE journey

Looks fine to me. Once you start you may want to adjust things a bit.

The QEP style extenders are, in my opinion, obsolete. The vacuum extenders are bulkier, but you don’t have to fiddle with the sled and noose, and no concerns about blood circulation. But a lot of people used them for hundreds or thousands of hours, back when there was nothing better.

Your journey starts now, with documenting where you’re starting from, and formulating a plan instead of just randomly doing stuff.

You can start a progress thread in the public part of the forum, or one with explicit pictures in the private part. If you start a public thread and decide you want to put pictures in it, just let a mod know and he’ll move the thread to the correct section. Also check out the "STAT" button at the bottom of your messages; if you share your baseline and progress information on the forum, it can be used to generate statistics for sizes and gains; every now and then someone will crunch the numbers and post their findings.

Yeah I figure a lot of PEs are similar and mainly differ in terms of Time, Weight/Traction, etc with different Tools (whether bought or home-made).

I personally have a couple scar-tissue areas and left-curvature which I’ve just done warm stretching in the shower for months —— there is usually some aching, but I know it helps because EQ is better; get morning wood more often.

I mainly don’t wanna have Buyer’s Remorse/Guilt or whatever when buying PE equipment, but the $24.99 Clamp from ZenHanger and $59 Infrared pad from Total Man Shop seem like good options as they’re inexpensive and worth a try.

I know there are debates on ADS and Hangers, etc, but I also know from simple browsing that most people will admit many PE tools can be beneficial if used properly, and over time you can mix and match and try new things to see what works personally.

As far as progress reports; I definitely intend on making some once I have my desired PE equipment and know how to use them. I’ll scale-up and do what’s comfortable/safe over time and then stick to a routine. Fingers crossed.

What are your starting stats and what are your goals?

It looks like you are jumping in with both feet and doing all of the exercises all at once. I would recommend a more focused routine based on what you want to achieve. For example, combining hanging, pumping, and clamping all within one routine is way too much. Especially just starting out, these are all “advanced” exercises that require experience and a strong understanding of your dick to get right.

For most, PE is a marathon, not a sprint. It takes most guys 2-3 years of dedicated effort and determination to reach their goals.

I realize that sometimes less is more when starting out, but I’m looking at probably a good 3-4+ months very slowly moving up, and then eventually getting to a steady-state routine.

I don’t plan on over-working anything, and my timeline is probably 1-2+ Years. If all else fails; I want to become good at using a Pump and Cock-rings for temporary gains before sex.

As far as dick stats; I like to call myself a Dicklet —— I’m probably like 5x4 (so under-average)
