Routine question and help
Hey Everyone,
I just wanted to start off by saying that Thunder’s Place rocks and everyone here is very helpful. I have been doing PE for 4-5 months and have seen small gains, which I anticipated. I love PE and think it’s great for the body and mind. I now feel as though I am starting to plateau or maybe it’s impatience. I was thinking of changing my routine as I am still on the newbie routine..
15-20 min basic stretching
200 wet jelqs
150-200 kegels
2 days on 1 day off
I was wondering if there were any suggestions for routine change or modification, as I am feeling I need some direction. My main concern is length and any information or comments would be appreciated. Also, I wanted to inquire about any recommendations for tunica stretches or an ADS or stretch aid that is available because I find manual stretches is beginning to easily fatigue the muscles in my hands and forearms.
