Routine question Blood while jelqing

Routine question Blood while jelqing

Hi,
Although I just registered the other day, I’ve been doing PE for the past 4 months. I started with the newbie routine and worked my way up to the following routine which I’ve been doing for the past month and a half (3 on 1 off, followed by 2 on 1 off):
- warm-up for 5 mins using an IR lamp
- a few manual stretches while still under the IR light (down, left, right, straight out) followed by 3 A-stretches (15 second holds)
- 10 minutes of jelqing, doing an erect squeeze halfway through (squeezing base and right below the glans for 15 seconds).
- 10 minutes of jelqing along with some Ulis (usually get 4 done)
- 10 minutes of ballooning or edging, also doing about 4 Ulis in the beginning
- warm-down in the shower

My PE journey has been great so far and I even bought a pump (from thickwall) which arrived 2 days ago. I couldn’t wait to try it so I changed my routine to the following :
- warm-up for 5 mins using an IR lamp
- a few manual stretches while still under the IR light
- 10 minutes of jelqing
- 5 minutes of pumping at 3” hg (that’s what I did during the first session although I plan on moving up to 8-10 mins at 3-5” hg)
- 10 minutes of jelqing with some Ulis
- 5 minutes of edging just to maintain an erection

I did that routine on Friday and everything went great. Saturday (yesterday) was my off day so all I could do was look forward to today to experiment with my pump again. So an hour or so ago, I started with my warm-up and then as soon as I started jelqing, after my first few jelqs (5-7), a drop of blood came out of my urethra for the very first time (I had never had any kind of injury in my almost 4 months of PE) so I stopped everything and decided to take a week off.

I know this probably isn’t serious after reading a few other threads and people usually suggest taking a few days off and jelqing with lower erection level or less force, but I’ve always done my jelqing at 80% or higher, and I’ve been using the same force for quite some time now. Could it be that my routine is too intense? Should I have maybe started jelqing with lighter strokes for the first few minutes (considering it happened right away pretty much)? Is it maybe too early to introduce pumping into my routine although I only pumped on Friday for 5 minutes?

Thanks everyone

Back off of the intensity and erection level while jelqing.

When you say “back off of the intensity”, are you saying I should jelq with a lighter grip (and lower erection level), are you saying I should modify my routine entirely, or are you saying I should take more days off? Also, is it ok to implement pumping at this stage?

Put the pump away. Use a lighter grip and lower erection level. Make sure you get rest days in; at least 2-3 a week.

Alright, thanks for your reply. I’ll put the pump away and stick to my previous routine (being more careful with the jelqing) for another month or two, after giving my penis a week off to deal with whatever happened.
