Hi all,

Does anyone have experience with 1on/1off or 3 day a week routines? If so, have you experienced progress with them?

Try 1 on 1 off. It’s safe and easy. You will learn what schedule works for you.

I did every day without missing hardly any days for the first 12 months.
Since then (4 more years) I do 3 days in a row and 4 days off or less consistent. It’s just how my life/schedule works out.

I made newby gains and have had slow but consistent progress even with my less than ideal routine. I’m sure a better schedule would yield faster results, but I have to work with what I’ve got.
