Routine
Hello, I just wanted to know if I’m on the right track with this routine, or if I should be doing more or less of anything. I’m just starting out and mainly want to gain girth with a little length.
Morning:
*Stretch (BTC) 2mins X 3 sets.
Evening:
*Fulcrum & bundle stretch 2 minutes X 3 sets.
*Pump at 5-7 Hg for 6 minutes X 4 sets.
*Semi erect bends for 2 minutes in between pumping sets.
