I find it interesting that your inner tube ring seems to be larger than mine even though mine should be larger, though that could have to do completely with the wear of the tube. You say yours was already punctured so I’m guessing it was already inflated on a bike for some time before getting a puncture in it.
How did you find removing the inner tube in comparison to the broccoli rubber band?
Size is little more than a controllable perception without an accurate means of measurement.
