S2S Or Penis Extender?

I’ve been doing side to side stretches for about a week now while waiting for the noose extender I bought online. Currently I’m doing 3-4 sets of 50 and stretching hard enough to feel it at the base. Now I’m wondering.. Should I stick with s2s or should I go with the extender? I’m currently at 6.1 inches BPEL and I’m looking to get to 7 within the next year. Not to concerned about girth as I’m happy at 5.2 but a bit extra is nice. Is it even possible to do both or would that be overkill?

Also.. Penis pumps, yay or nay?

Start with the newbie program and continue it as long as you are making gains. At that point you can decide which of the more advanced or complex PE options are best for you. An important part of the newbie program is conditioning your penis for this new activity you have taken on.

A new runner does not start running a marathon first thing, correct? He gets into shape and starts with shorter runs before advancing to longer distances.


Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Current: 7-7/8” BPEL; 7-3/8” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.
