Sadsak Slinkys vs. Orange Bends

The topic was mentioned maybe once or twice in the ever-expanding orange bends thread but wasn’t ever really made clear. Does anyone think that a low-erection slinky might be a nice girth exercise similar to bends but maybe a bit more intense? I tried it for several workouts and nothing gave me expansion like that before, but then I think I hurt myself and took several days off.

The only things I’ve ever really heard about slinkys that they are incredibly dangerous, perhaps even more than clamping, but I think the original ones also call for bending an erect dick which sounds like suicide to me…

Good exercise. It is not necessary to do it at high erection or bend the penis too much.

How did you hurt yourself?

What I learnt from Sadsak Slinky is to clamp the erect penis with the ok grip with one hand, wait for the erect to fade away to 60-70% and then do the bending. I did that to gain the first girth gain and it worked for me. But as I work on length right now, I postpone this exercise until I have reached my length goal.

Yes, that is the correct way. I would add the sentence ” bend gently”.

I’m from Spanish forum and i don’t understand all the text, but in my experience i think that slinky isn’t dangerous.

After slinky the penis erection became to 0%, I start doing the slinky after jelqing with 60 or 65% (when you can blend it) and after 2 minutes my penis goes to flaccid.

The Orange bends (if its like erect bends) is more dangerous and the erections also downs.

Orange bends are basically low-erection bends: tourniquet grip at the base and bending the shaft in a particular direction with a second grip at the glans. The only difference I see with slinkys is that once you get to this step, you then push back towards the base and back out again in a smooth “slinky” motion (like the toy). Orange bends, however, haven’t done anything for me and there is a thread about that’s 25 pages long… I haven’t seen much of anything written on slinkys though, but I feel a lot more expansion doing these.

mark001, while I was checking out my engorged dick after having finished my last set of slinkys, I noticed what looked like a bit of blood coming through the urethra. I was totally shocked, thinking I would never see that injury, and looked away as my dick shriveled up (that part was definitely mental). After I gathered myself I looked a second time, but couldn’t find any blood this time, no matter how hard I squeezed my dick or anything. I could pee fine and get hard fine. It could have just been an illusion in retrospect, but I took several days off just in case.
