Scheduling throughout the day
Hello all, I am new to this site and recently have taken an interesting in jelqing. Couple facts I am uncut and I’m starting off mainly using overhand position rather than the ok grip. I am working full time and also going to college full time so you can imagine how busy I get. My apologies if I’ve missed some articles in here and I’m repeating a noob question I tried reading to find what I could already. Anyways, from what I’ve seen some routines on here are in upwards from thirty minutes and more and sometimes I do find the time to do this, but sometimes I don’t and what my question is.. Does it still work somewhat the same if you spread it out throughout the day? Let’s say 15 minutes in the morning and 15 at night. Finding the time as you imagine can be a little difficult at times with what I got going on aside from outside my school life, but I do want to take this serious at the same time get some gains even if it does take longer than usual. Any suggestions?
