As Lilfrig explained, we just happend to start at the exact same time and I measure on Thursdays. I forgot to measure my BPEL from day 1 but then measured at week one measurements so for what I know and can measure I have gained .3125, but what I don’t know is if I started at 5.5” just like Lil and actually gained more and just not aware of it atm.
The method to our madness about measuring once a week is to first off keep one another informed of the amount of gram hours, grams of tension, and what we have experience whether any injury or other comments. The measurements are nice too as it gives me something to look forward too each week (not only my own but lilfrig as I can see if he does something different what may work for me as well) and makes me want to keep going. I only do 2-4 hours a day at 600-900grams in the down position currently. Just recently bruised my glans though with the noose as I wasn’t paying attention and over tightened =X so this week I have taken 3 days off until bruising goes away. Maybe once lilfrig and I start to see gains come to a stall that’s when I will measure once a month. This also gives new users something to look forward to as I have greatly enjoyed reading through Penox Pmf Treetop and ~Danglers updates of whats going on and when they gain.

I thought I might receive a response like this. I measure standing, feet square, every friday, with an erection. I measure approx 4-5 times to make sure because I couldn’t believe the gains also. Newby101 coincidentally has started the same time with the same size penis, with the same gains in BPEL, so it is possible. Newby101 and I have been tracking our gains on the X4 forum . I track my hours, time and measurements on a spreadsheet. From what I’ve been reading the passed month both on this site and the X4 site is that my gains are reasonable using a stretcher. I do believe you see faster gains in the beginning with a stretcher than just manual exercises. Thanks for your reply though.
