Hi guys!

Since the end of August i’m doing consequent PE. 5 days a week and 2 days of rest in the weekend. My erect gains are minimal, but i see my flaccid did grow. Unfortunally i didnt measure my flaccid lenght and girth, but i (and my GF) see it and i guess 1-2cm.
I think this is the beginning of growt, so i dont quit.

Now i have a two weeks vacation. Because my kids en gf are at home, i cant do PE (only JAI stretches and kegels), so i give my P also a vacation.

But now my flaccid looks (is) much bigger then when i concequent doing PE. After i helicopter (100xL, 100xR), my P really is long. Even my GF says, ‘wow thats really a long flaccid!’

I never had some rest weeks in last period, but now i think its important to give my P a week of rest, after weeks of doing PE.

Do you have a rest week/period?
After how much weeks should we plan a rest period? 6-8 weeks?

I always have good growth during rest periods, like a vacation, work trip, etc. Since much of PE is a battle of the mind, I’ve started calling these breaks “growth days” instead of “rest days.”

Yeah this is absolutely a thing. Type “decon” or “deconditioning break” into the search and there’s a whole bunch of info.
