Sitting here trying to think of something to respond with to the master.but all in all I’m sure something can be worked out so people aren’t so ignorant or mean to new people. I look at it as this. They are posting in the open. If it’s a re post. Think of it as a big private message for the whole community. He’s only trying to get some personal feed back. Instead of looking at feed back meant for another person. It’s direct. And it sinks in better that way. All I’m saying is people get too frustrated about things like this when really, we don’t need to. And I really don’t think westla should have the ability to dispose of someones post because they are new and are trying to get help. He was once a newbie. I’m sure he asked alot of dumb questions. People learn over time.

For the record: west did NOT ask dumb questions when he was a newbie. He gave this old man a very hard time with his posts, which I argued about until I realized he was right.

Us mods have bad days just like everybody else, maybe he was having one, which he is entitled to. Maybe we can figure out a way to stop some of this. Of course if everybody searched, then there would be very few new posts. But after awhile, seeing the same questions asked every other day, it gets to ya, ya know?

Yes I understand. I just think some people need to let it go sometimes.. As I do with trying to get them to let go.. So I’m just gonna let it go. But I will call them out next time I see someone getting bad with a newbie!! Ha ha. Just messing. I did send a message to beast yesterday tho warning him about people complaining about stuff like this and he replied. I as gonna start doing that every time I seen a new person to thunders. Just to give them the heads up about searching and posting. I think ill write something up tonight that is more legit that I can send to new people, for their benefit to avoid stuff like this, if that’s alright with you.

I think that this particular question irks many of us already familiar with the forum and vets.

west took a lot of time in the past answering so many of these posts and threads, then compiled as many as he found into a thread list for you to read for yourselves, for which he should be commended. I understand why he wants to bury further ones. I have the same impulse.

Here’s my take:

YES. After you cum, you do lose your engorgement. You may even turtle up. This is perfectly normal penile behaviour but it does not take away or discount the PE you did, say, an hour (or ten minutes) before you ejaculated. Your penile tissues have still been exercised - and challenged. The same cell division is occurring that would if you had not had sex; and a couple hours later, everything even looks again like you had not had sex or masturbated.

But little itsy-bitsy, teensy-weensy cell changes are happening and they don’t give a shit whether you ejaculated previously or decided not to.

Maybe there can be an automatic posting to new members specifying that they read and acknowledge reading specific information, and then if they ask somewhat repetitive or otherwise repeat questions, they can be jumped.

Perhaps a tutorial of some sort, or maybe even assigning new members a “mentor” right away so they can address questions to them, and not tie up the boards (and bandwidth) with repeat queries.

That mentor idea is pretty cool. Or have it so they can’t post until they have read everything and PMed thunder or a moderator that they did. Something like that.

To the vets:

You have not, and the newbies do not and will not invent the wheel.

What we are all doing and you have been doing is to reinvent the wheel.

Who has the bigger dick? How often have we seen this? Personally I don’t care, I care about mine.

So I just don’t open this post.

By contarst I want to be able to post what I like. It is not boring if peaple are responding. If they don’t - I know it was boring. So I will learn what interest at least a few other guys.

Vets: respect the newbies, please. No reason to be arrogant. Schoolchildren every year learn the same shit than the older ones years before. And discuss it, just as the olders before.

Things should calm down soon as new registrations will be closed. And I have an idea that they are going to be closed a long time this go round.

Guys like me are maybe half way, or almost, there.

Who is the forum for? I would say 5% for those who reached their aim already, 25% for those who are already on their way, but certainly 70% for those who start, who are insecure and who want to TALK about that. Communication is much more fun than just searching and reading. Somebody answering your question is more fun than using a search machine and reading.

Point taken t3. But your numbers are way out of whack. This forum is for those who have already invested time and effort into making it what it is, more so than for someone that doesn’t bother to read the registration information, the Start Here thread, or even a single post before they blurt out “does jacking off hurt my gains?”

So far my rants on this subject have not stemmed the flow of new guys asking the same question. Telling them to search before asking questions has not worked. As much as anyone here I freely invest my time to help the new guys, but it’s frustrating when they come looking for a handout without trying to find information on their own. Opinions expressed in this thread suggest that I take even more of my volunteer time to “help” those who refuse to help themselves. On topics of interest or within my expertise, usually medical, I’m more than willing to do that. However, I refuse to contribute to the waste of bandwidth that this topic generates.

Please disregard my “warning” above about removing posts. Please post as often as you like on the subject, even if someone else has done so just the day before. I won’t be reading them. You who are no longer new can now take over and repeatedly answer this question. I’m not going to any longer.

From what I’ve seen Westla goes out of his way to help people in most cases. It’s not like he gave a warning and said search for it. Hell, he even listed a ton of links so they didn’t have to. In my opinion the part that probably bothered him the most was “I know a thousand others have asked this but..”. Seems pretty silly to ask a question again when you’ve already seen the results from a lot of other threads on the topic.
