Sex and Masturbation

Hello,

I was wondering if it’s on any influence when I have sex or masturbate during the resting/healing period. I’m currently jelqing and stretching from mon - fri and have sat and sun as resting days. But I do like to get some in the weekends.

I read that most healing takes place whilst in a deep sleep situation.

Oh yea, I read that it isn’t positive to masturbate and ejaculate after PE’ing. Is this all true?

Last time I checked, no one could actually offer solid proof that that was the case. I’d be interested to hear if new info had come up to dispute that.

Okay thanks cock kent. The info was a bit confusing in that subject, but I managed to distillate info for my needs.

I almost always masturbate after a PE session and I am still making slow progress with my gains, but who knows I could be making faster/better gains if I weren’t cumming afterwards. I am not worried as long as I am gaining because I’m in this for the marathon not a sprint. Personally I have a problem with getting too hard during PE (while manual stretching and jelqing) if I don’t masturbate at least every other day. Keep on tugging dudes!
