Sex in the OLD city....

I am shocked and pleasantly surprised that there are some old timers (over 50) at this site and in these forums. I hope we can continue this discourse so others can relate to the importance of a healthy penis to ones well being.Please share your -o l d e r- experience in PE so we all benefit……..

I (we) are over 50, but we are not an “old timers” by any means! Sex can get better with maturity and experience. It may not always be quite so vigorous, but the enthusiasm and enjoyment have never been so good for me (us).

Hi ssg. I don’t mean to offend you, but I’m just generally puzzled by how people perceive age. It’s not that uncommon to live e.g. 80 or 90 years. How come “over 50” can be old timers?

I certainly did not mean to offend anyone regarding age….I’m happy we have a forum at our stage in life….Maybe youth and age is in the mind -not in the pants….I am overjoyed we can share and comment on each others trials and tribulations…as we grow to further heights.

I’m 47 and I find that frequency is the main thing with me/us. In terms of stamina, I measure in hours not minutes (or seconds…) that is to say, control has been mastered.

Really, life gets in the way of desire, and living on a schedule also puts sex there too, unfortunately. What with making the mortgage, college payments, food, entertainment, I’ve created a voracious monster that must be fed. This consumes me more than sex unlike 20 odd years ago where if I had a choice of making the rent or having sex, sex always won out (twice)!

I’ve found that intimacy doesn’t revolve around sex, however fun it is!

Since we are open here I am asking this question just out of curiosity. Since I am not gay I have never had a dick up the ass. I went to the urologist and he stuck his finger up there to check the prostrate. It hurt like a bastard and my hemorrhoids acted up for a week.

Good you had the DRE (digital rectal exam), Monument. Usually DREs aren’t very painful, only momentarily uncomfortable; perhaps because urologists are not even a bit into foreplay. :)

A problem with prostates is that when they get out of whack, they often do not give any sort of symptom that they are. Regular DREs, at the least, give the doctor a sense of relative prostate size; if there were nodules or lesions, he might notice them by feel and save you going through something much more unpleasant than active ‘roids for a week.

There’s also the matter of “desire” Monument. You didn’t want a finger in your ass, so your sphincter wasn’t cooperating. Guys and gals who do get butt fucked learn how to relax the sphincter and enjoy the pleasurable sensations that follow.
