SFL gains precede EL gains?

SFL gains precede EL gains?

I’ve been doing PE for around 6 months consistently, it wasn’t until recently when I added a lot more manual stretching am I noticing gains.

When I started, the upward manual stretch was just below my navel. Now, within the month of doing more stretches, the same stretch brings me above my navel. Does this always translate to erect length growth? The idea being, if I keep seeing my SFL gain, will EL follow that?

The most thorough thread I found discussing this was here: Does stretched FL mean anything? And I was just hoping for some new recent input.

The short answer is yes. They might not gain in an exact 1:1 ratio, but over the long run, FSL gains and EL gains go hand in hand.

Sometimes you’ll get a higher difference between those, but later at some point EL will catch up

Has there ever been a case of someone gaining SFL, but not gaining EL later? (Later assuming they continue the routine.)

I’m not trying to rush the results at all and I have patience. I’m just wondering how good of a positive indicator SFL is.

Its the best indicator in my opinion. Every time my Bpfsl increase i see erect gains.

Longer Fsl it simply means more penis, so erect gains will follow.

But you have to measure it accurately, stick the ruler to the same place every time.
