SFL gains precede EL gains?
I’ve been doing PE for around 6 months consistently, it wasn’t until recently when I added a lot more manual stretching am I noticing gains.
When I started, the upward manual stretch was just below my navel. Now, within the month of doing more stretches, the same stretch brings me above my navel. Does this always translate to erect length growth? The idea being, if I keep seeing my SFL gain, will EL follow that?
