Hi Guys,

Yesterday I was shocked.
I was under the shower and mentioned my P was much smaller then in the past months. I was verry disappointed.

I do consequent (5 day a week x1hr) PE since August 31 2022. The first weeks I did a Newbie program. After that it was a bit freestyling with a 1-4 protocol (Monday girth, others length, weekend rest). It was a bit freestyling with manuals, length pumping and a home made hanger, which I used last weeks.
Last week I received my ‘professional’ Malehanger and use it with 2kg, 3-4x 20min.

I only gained 2mm in girth in past months
My flaccid normally was visibly bigger, until yesterday.

It shocked me. Al this effort. Almost no gaines and a also smaller flaccid P.

Is it over trained?
What I can do better?
What I have to change?

A bit frustrating.

I appreciate if you can give me good tips.

Are your erections as big as before?

There is a thing called pull back. It can happen anytime. Mostly after a hard training session or gym work out is when I notice it. But the mind is very easy to trick after seeing it a certain way for a while we forget what normal was. Could just e that simple. Oh yeah! Change in temperature make a difference. Keep going!

Yes, my erection was still the same length, i think.
I couldnt got a erection after seeing my P then :)

Maybe its because i have a stomach flu.
I haven’t been feeling so good for a while.
Lets hope…

But I’m surprised that I still don’t see a visible difference in length, after all the effort I’ve put in the past few months.

I’ve also recently had the flu and noticed smaller flaccid size and worse EQ. That’s normal! If your body is not in peak condition why would your dick be?

Gradual gains over long periods of time are hard to see. Since you see your penis everyday you will probably not notice your gains just looking at it. That’s why measuring is important, otherwise you will loose motivation. (Though don’t measure too often, fluctuation in size is over time is normal!)

I keep a detailed log of my general health as well as PE stuff. I’ve noticed that my EQ will drop a day or two before any other signs of illness become apparent. And EQ will come back shortly before the symptoms clear up.

So far, EQ has been a better health indicator than temperature.

I think you are right about my general feeling. Thanks.

And you are also right about the measurement.
But that is precisely why I had only measured for the first time after my Newbie Program (6 weeks) and then I measured no difference at all.
I did notice a difference in flaccid state, but i hoped to see a smalllll diference in erect state.
But now a few months later, I still don’t measure a difference in lenght.
A few mm in girth, but zero in length.

But I’ll give it a year anyway and don’t give up yet.

I had covid last week, and I have seen the smallest flaccid in the last 5 years. Things change however, when I get hard. It is bigger than ever (because I’ve been enlarging it all along). Erections are still not 100% though, I’m tired because of covid.

Hello neighbor,
Regardless of your current discovery, you should read up on the topic of “therapeutic heat”. There are some logs here that shed light on the subject. Take a look at the logs of 5.5squared, scienceguy, CBateman, Kyrpa and all the others.
I could imagine that this will help you.

I wouldn’t bother with any of that, I’d just jelq daily. I do 500-1k reps a day and have grown from 6.25/6.3 to right a bit above 7 since august so 4 months time.
