Should I be looking like this?
Hi, I have been in PE a month, for a month I stick with the newbie routine (except some days I couldn’t do 5 days of training and did 4 instead)
First time I took my NBPEL was around 12 cm, but that was an NBPEL, so it was kinda wrong, when I did it again the correct way, I found out I was 13CM BPEL and 13.5 cm girth, so now I have some questions, as I am seeing no results and some results that kinda scare me.
First time I took my NBPEL it was around 12 cm, now its around 11 cm, I don’t know if that is because I was taking it incorrectly, but it kinda scares me that I could have overworked my penis in the first month and it actually shrunk, also I must say some days (most days) I didn’t do kegels because I forgot about them, so I was thinking to go 2 days training 1 day rest, also do 7 mins of stretches and jelqs instead of 10 min, any opinions in this? Is it just my imagination? Or taking this course with my training is ok?
Also, I smoke, is there any chance that smoking actually shrunk my penis 1 entire cm?
And at last, before I took my NBPEL the day it was 11 cm, I masturbated about 3-4 hours before, could that have had anything to do with it?
Just for the note, I actually went to the videos sections to watch how do correctly do the jelqs (inverted “OK” jelqs) and the stretches, and I try to do them like that, should a newbie do it that way?
