Should I count the number of reps ? Or just do X amount of minutes ?

So I’ve started the newbie routine. Done 2 workouts so far.
I do warmup, 5 min stretches and then 10 minutes jelqing.
Question is, should I count the number of reps and do 200 jelqs, or just do 10 minutes jelqs ?
The thing is, if I counted the number of reps and did 200 jelqs, it would probably take me 30-40minutes to do, well over 10minutes.
My penis already seems fluffier and probably a few mm longer, and my erections, and ease of erections, have already improved, after only 2 workouts.
Just asking you guys if I should count reps or just stick to minutes.
Will increase to 13 minutes after 6 workouts, then 16, etc. Until I get to 30 minutes. And stretches will increase to 10 minutes over time as well, as the newbie routine indicates.
