Should I do jelq when erection is not well?

I have done jelq since MAY 28千(3 ON 1 OFF).But now my erection is not so good in the morning. How can I improve it? I do jelq while I’m seeing blue movies. Because I want penis to be hard. Is it right?

It would be best if you could achieve an erection without any visual aide.

If your erection quality is suffering, take some time off until your erection quality is back to good.

Do not jelq with a full erection or you could injure your penis. Newbies should be jelqing with only a 60-70% erection.

If I’m understanding correctly.

Honestly, I think there should be some level of separation between PE and pleasure, mentally. That way your penis knows the difference between work and pleasure.

I don’t think I would jelq to make my erection hard. Kegel and hold perhaps, maybe choke the base a little bit, or use a finger pushed into the scrotum behind the balls. It’s kind of counterintuitive to do an exercise that expands tissues, when you’re wanting them to fill up and stay hard.

If you’re morning erections are fading, you’re either doing too much, too fast, or working too hard. Let it get hard on it’s own, don’t try and force it. Clear your mind, relax, and let it happen.

300 jelqs I think

So, you went from 0 jelqs on May 27, to 300 jelqs barely a week later? That’s probably your problem. It’s too much and you aren’t conditioned for it.

i think i had the same problem so i stopped my routine and started kegels only - my morning wood returned but then i went out for the weekend and got very intoxicated and i was still having trouble with EQ. I have started clamping again but only lightly and spending alot of time on things like physical fitness / taking care of my general health and i think it’s returning
