Should I go for pump or extender next

I’d recommend pumping over extenders. I guess it depends how much time you have available. Extenders are very difficult to conceal.


Start: 5" BPEL, 4" EG

Current Goal: 6" BPEL, 5" EG

I would personally shoot for the pump, it has given me my best gains to date and I think of it as being a proactive means of PE as the extender is more passive.

I’d say go for the vacextender. I’ve had it for a long time but I just recently started hanging with it and I know that I have been missing out. Also, I look at it as Pump mainly for girth and extend mainly for length.
