Should I let it hang after jelqing and before warm down

Hey guys!

I have a simple question: After my jelqing session, my unit is quite full and if I warm down immediately with the hot towel, it quickly comes back to it’s original flaccid state?

So should I let it hang for a while to let the blood circulates a bit or is it important to warm down just right after?
