I find masturbating during my ‘on’ days ruins my workout so to speak. This mainly applies before workouts, but afterwards too, I suppose.
If I masturbate before workouts I find that I am unable to reach maximum intensity, well I am able to reach it but it just doesn’t seem as effective due to the fact that my penis has already been ‘broken’ down, so to speak. Masturbating after workouts I don’t find as bad, but I avoid masturbating before and after workouts at all costs.
From my personal experience and from my point of view, masturbation does affect my gains. So now, I try to keep masturbation down to a very minimum while I’m PE’ing. Once a week, twice at the most or as long as possible.
Not only does it feel great to ejaculate after 7+ days of no masturbation.
Whether this will apply to you, that’s for you to find out. I know many people who masturbate before/after workouts and have said they find it more beneficial or they gained more while doing this. I know many who follow the ‘5 hour rule’ and gain. So there are very varied views on this subject and I believe it will be a very long time before someone comes up with some solid evidence on whether masturbation does actually effect gains or not….
