Should I Use Pumps And Extenders With Manual Stretching?
I’m new to PE and I’m currently starting with side to side stretches. Been doing around 3-5 sets of 50 for about a week now and I’m feeling the deep stretch people are talking about.
Before I started PE I ordered an extender online. Nothing too fancy, just the basic noose type that can be modified.
Now here’s my question.. Should I incorporate an extender in my program or just stick with manuals? Definitely not right away but maybe in a month or so. If so, how do you recommend I go about it?
I’m also considering getting a pump. Are they worth it? Debating on whether I should get a bathmate or one of the regular air pumps with a gauge.
I’m currently 6.2 inches BPEL and I’m hoping to get to 7 as soon as possible but as safe as possible too.
Any advice?
