Should you do anything on a rest day

Light PE (such as fowfers, or light stretching) is probably fine but it’s really best to let the boy have some down time. Sex or jerking off is certainly okay. All of that said, you need to base it on how your unit feels. Are your feeling fatigued, or does it feel sore from the previous three days of working out so needs a total break? Perhaps, especially in the beginning. In that case I’d make rest days total rest days.

On my off days I like to do some light stretching in the shower, but that’s as far as it goes.

I know it’s been debated elsewhere but, I do volunteer work at a hospital, and the people in traction don’t get rest days.
